Maybe test the fuel injector circuit? http://www.autodiagnosticsandpublishing.com/feature/fuel-injector-testing.htm

Yes all injectors are getting power. How would I know about cam lobe or valve springs?

If you drive it it runs fine no issues no cel when I clear it. Watching my tech 2 only misfires at low rpms 800 and below and obviously idle.

Check the crank shaft sencer i had the same problem my engine wouldn't turn all the way over come to find out it was a easy fix
