Another issue when I got the Blazer back, no water comes out of the windshield squirter and it worked fine before. I fill the tank, fluid dumps when I start car.

My windshield wiper sprayer stopped spraying when I got it back from having a new motor installed. Makes noise like its going to work but doesn't.  Added fluid to the tank, to the top, nothing, but when I start the car the whole tank dumps out.

The WW fluid dumps out where? On the ground? It's common to remove the hood when doing a engine swap so someone forgot to hook the WW fluid hose back to the sprayers. Look for a lose or disconnect hose up by the hood and Windshield meet.
