Transmission fail safe program

Asked by Media May 11, 2017 at 03:04 PM about the 2002 BMW X5 3.0i AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 X5.  Just had it in the garage and had a few things fixed. We
were hoping that this warning would turn off, it doesn't. It runs like a top and
shifts perfectly, but won't pass inspection due to this warning. My mechanic
is a little stumped.  Help?
