My car would run just fine then simutanously the car would just cut off but would start right back up with no problem. Why would this be happening?

if i drive the car for to long it would turn off. Sometimes when i sit at a stop light to long it would turn off but, like i said before it would start right back up.

Mine did that and it was the ignition switch. Seems the weight of the key fob was ever so slightly turning the key off. Once I put in a new ignition switch it was fine. $39.00 at Autozone.

It sounds like a camshaft solenoid. Its an easy fix i did it myself with the new part and a 10mm socket with an extention. If u hook up the check engine reader a code should come up if im right for me it was P0010. I had the same problem with my 2012 chevy equinox. It would stall when im at a light or in reverse but be fine if im driving.
