california car, fabric very dry, seams have split, rear plastic window scratched, coming apart from fabric at
seams, minor leaks at seams

Your best fittment is to buy a one from BMW they may suprise you its not really that bad its mostly labor that costs you the most. But this can also be done by any fabric shop. Hope this helps

Thanx. I found one online for approx. $1500 U.S. which I thought was pretty high.
