car wont turn over with key on and no power to electric windows or wipers-etc.headlights dome light o.k. seams to shift ok with key on. Checked battery o.k. I asked this question a couple of hours ago but I put the wrong car down???. BRAIN DEAD???. Jumped across starter and selonoid and starter turned over good also moter but wont start Im thinking maybe neutral switch.Any ideas on that therey.
