i have a 99 malibu 3.1 vin j which is
california emissions ive re placed all the
problem parts an the codse dont go away
im thinking its the computer do i have to
have a junkyard computer flashed? what
numbers have to match?

if you get a junkyard computer that works, you are lucky. the numbers have to match. really difficult. hope it works for ya!

ok i did a hard reset no light as of yet. hoping it stays away it kept trowing same 9 codes after i replaced problem parts all emmission codes, s.a.i.s., o2 heater, egr close performance, random miss, ect
