why is my key pad not locking my door?

my key pad will not lock my doors when i hit the button. i have to manual do it with the key to lock the driver door and push the pass door with my hand.  evan the button that is under my air and heat controls wont work anymore. the alarm sounds and everything but my locks are not going down. is it a fuse i need to change or a relay? please help

Most likely either a broken circuit in your keypad, or a problem with the BCM recognizing the keyfob. Take this to a dealer to be sure.
