Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a leak coming from my braking system, but I'm actually not sure where it is coming from.

Here is a picture of it:

Can anyone help me with which part this nipple is connected to and why it would be leaking.

Thanks!

If that is a nipple then it is a bleeder screw. Tighten it up and the leak will stop if that is what it is. Can't tell from the photo though.
