Brakes stick after hard braking

After hard braking brakes stick until I tap the brake
pedal again.

Caliper not sticking. New brakes all around .new fluid.had abs bled and brakes bled .only does it in hard braking and when I release it's still braking until I tap pedal.then all is fine. Sitting still it wont do it
