I am looking at buying a 1998 vw jetta 2.0 liter! It turns over but wont start! The guy selling it saI'd that there is still fuel in the fuel Line after the fuel pump! Anybody have advice

Do not buy the car unless he gets it running. Even then I would take it to a mechanic of your choice and have them look at it and tell you if its good or a P.O.S.
LOL thanks Mark. I've bought a few vehicles over the years. A lot of good people selling them out there but WAY more crooked SOB's if you know what I mean.
well if its getting fuel and air its either a spark issue or the maf is super cloged. When i first bouht my audi it would barley run, cleaned the maf and it purred like a kitten
