Cranks but won’t start!?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 vw Jetta. It drove fine
last Saturday night and on Sunday it
cranked but wouldn’t start. I changed
coil pack and crank shaft position
sensor. Also when it wouldn’t start
Sunday I noticed the Electronic
Power Control light was on. I’ve done
research as much as I could find and
I’ve checked fuel relay it is good.
Prior to all this happening my battery
has been dying a lot on me but when
it’s charged the car just cranks and
won’t start. I also checked the fuel
pump and it reads 0.41 on the meter.
Any ideas?

So turns out all I needed to do was reset my computer I guess because car starts and runs just like new. Epc light and check engine light off now. All I did was hook a battery charger up to it and let it sit for an hour or two then it fired right up.
