2002 jetta power windows not working..

I recently bought a 2002 jetta and we are having a problem with the windows not working from any of the switches. The only exception is the right rear window works from it's switch only.. Please help.

fuse 5 is a suspect as well....but if like you say the thing still works on the right side, but NOT the central control on the drivers armwrest will have to say a harness is at fault~ http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/280588586033?lpid=82

Mine did the same ..fuse 14 its a 10 amp fuse.

Every time I change my battery my windows stop working I fucked with fuse 14 they started to work had battery trouble after that they stopped re fucked with 14 fuse and got nothing
