Asked by GuruC6SRP Mar 06, 2019 at 11:18 PM about the 1999 Chevrolet Suburban K2500 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a gap between transmission and transfer case the
person put caulking there and it failed and now all the
transmission fluid came out what belongs in this area?

1 Answer

I suppose it might be a missing seal but I suspect they put it together wrong or used a wrong transfer case.
