Volkswagon Jetta 2.0 2004 crank issues

Im having problems with cranking my car. It
cranks fine on first crank of the day but if I
drive it somewhere and it sits for over 10
minutes it will not crank. I have to let the
hood up and after 20 minutes of the hood
being up it will then crank with no problem.
Ive taken it everywhere and no one can
seem to find the problem. Just took it to a
shop where they put new spark plugs, wires
and a ignition module on it. Please help

When you say crank I gather you mean that the engine is running. So it will not start after driving it. You would think the check engine light would be on, and if it is, have the vehicle scanned for any trouble codes. But this sounds electrical to me, that heat is making fail. I would have the coil checked, and a crankshaft sensor replaced although they can be tested also.
