How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? If no spark, check primary voltage to ignition coil, pink wire, goes hot with key on and fuse protected. You can use test light to check for voltage. Are you missing anything else? Engine cranking, you have proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse? Note the diagram.
