Why is my radio not working

I was jumping my car and right
before I did I turned my radio off then
jumped it. Cars fine battery is fine. I
tryed to turn it on but no display and
no power. I checked my fuses and
that's not a problem. It's a stock
radio. Any idea how to fix this???

thire is a fuse in the back of ur radio check that if u havent already the newer jetta seem to have alot of problems with the stock radio not working i have had one brought in to the shop i work at with the same issue but i was a 2010 and i was the fuse it n the back of the radio and it coast 100 for the code to be able to use the radio cause it was rest
