My radiator fan is not working correctly

My radiator fan is not working correctly.  It will not spin at all, even when up to
temperature or with the A/C on.  When I open the hood, pull the fuse for the fans and
reinsert, the fans will run for ~30 to 45 seconds before shutting off again.  At a loss as to
what the problem is.

Seems like you need new fan motors or sensor is not working.

check fan sensor, busy with the same-thing.
