if straight gear no change like on auto,if aoto take to mechanic.

I also recommend taking it to a mechanic and having a transmission flush done. This replaces ALL of the fluid in the transmission (sometimes 12-15 qts.) rather than just the 3-4 quarts done by dropping the pan. My 1998 Chrysler Sebring with 72k miles drove like a new car after an $80 transmission flush.
