ac comp or fan will not come on ? fuse is ok and its full of freon

All air conditioners have a preasure switch in the system.If the switch is not functioning properly or not at all ,none of the air will come out.Check for the preassure switch if it has continuity

You also should check the same plus Air conditioning relay.
