How do you cycle the transfer case oil when towing a 199 Chevrolet Tracker 2wd, manual transmission?

Will assume you mean it's a 4wd but you are towing it in 2wd. If you leave the transfer case in gear and put your tranny in neutral the input shaft will rotate and circulate the oil. The manual tranny should toss enough oil around in neutral, never heard of issues.

If your worried about the extra wear and tear on your tranny and transfer case you can always disconnect the driveshaft from the diff while towing. Or if you have deep pockets this unit from Remco is handy. http://www.remcodsc.com/driveShaft.php
