Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2000 passat both back doors won't lock
or unlock with lock button. Replaced both
door lock latch mechanisms and still
nothing. Drivers back door window won't
roll up and down from the driver's door
button or the passenger back door button.
Passenger side back door wont roll down
with the driver button and sometimes
we'll briefly scroll down with the door
button in the back. Check the CCM
Comfort Control Module and it's fine it's
not wet check the wires at the module
and they are fine the door lights are
coming on when the doors open but
nothing else seems to be working
