Car won't start

My 2001 vw passat no crank no start but has
interior ..radio ..lights all work I have to pop start it
everytime now to start it ..its not the starter I
replaced it already

neutral safety switch ? its on the side of the trans does your gear selector show park on dash? maybe try neutral also
