My clutch pedal sticks to the floor after pressing it down.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Passat 2.8L.  Where should I start looking? There is absolutely no pressure
to the pedal and it was not engaging at all.

If you mean you cannot disengage the clutch from the engine then the hydraulic system (clutch slave and master cylinder) is malfunctioning. Time get in the Bentley manual and source a rebuild kit.
