Both blinkers flashing rapidly why

Most of the time this is from one bulb burning out. If replacing a bulb doesn't fix it try swapping out relay - but it's usually a bulb. (this is assuming a stock setup and not an LED retrofit.)

    Ok I looked at bulbs good but when turn on blinker can hear it through the hazard button also when turn on hazard they blink correctly but not blinkers what else do I look for I’m lost
