Blinkers

Have a 02 Passat and been trying to figure
out my blinkers they work but flash rapidly
on both sides all lights work but can’t
figure out what else to check did change
hazard flasher but didn’t help told there is
another relay under steering wheel but
some one said didn’t have blinker relay
help

Make sure the light bulbs are all the same number. It may work with different bulbs but the resistance of the elements are different. Which will cause the lights to flash faster.
I did replace the hazard on the dash now when turn on blinker can hear hazard clinking also when turn on hazard it flashes normal is there another blinker relay I’m lost what about bulbs being all same number
well yes, make sure you have the proper bulbs installed.
