http://www.ownersmanualsforcars.com/manuals.item.3994/Volkswagen-Passat-Owners-Manual-2003.html ..You can try that site but I can never get it to load, and yes I do have Adobe Flash. Usually there is a pdf for most cars but sure couldn't find on for your car
