My 2003 VW Passat GLX V6 is running rough.
It has a hesistation when I am driving under 50. It feels like one of the cylinder's is not firing. What can this be?

You should get the codes scanned. A misfire in the 2.8 V6 can be caused by shorting ignition wires. Pull them out to inspect them; sometimes an oil leak internally can soak an ignition wire in oil and short it out.
