How does 04 paasat oil pressure switch affects oil leak and loud engine sound.
1 Answer
loud engine sound would indicate a muffler leak. Its not terribly uncommon for the flex pipe to split behind the shielding. as for the oil pressure switch it is what tells the car how much oil pressure it has so if its malfunctioning it will cause issues with the oil pressure and running of the engine. As for oil leaks those are quite literaly only particular spots that do that. Such as the head covers, crank seals, cam seals and the odd oil cooler lines or oil filter housing that is the most comman to leak.
