TDI Oil in Water?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have had the Head reworked and the head gasket replaced. Still getting oil in the water. looking for ideas, what could cause this. Has anyone had a problem like this, if so please let me know what helped. Thanks

If the head was re-worked properly then you probably have a cracked block.

perhaps the oil cooler is damaged and oil goes in the water, Have a good luck!!

our mechanic tells me that he bypassed the Oil Cooler all together and still has the problem. I am desperatly hoping that there is a simple solution. We have spent a lot of money trying to keep this car going. Thanks for all your insights.
