Where is the light relay box located

Are these Xenon head lights? What size engine do you have? Trying to locate a fuse diagram. I hope it's just a blown fuse. These Touaregs have head light ballasts. If they go bad, a new one is $300 on Ebay!

There is a fuse box here on the left side of the dash. Open door and pull off the cover. Should be a schematic on the underside of the cover that tells you what the fuses control.

I have vw touareg v6 2004 the dash light keep flashing and never stable, what could be the cause of that?
