Does water flow into eng by way of water pump

Trying to see. If water pump is working

All you have to do is feel the radiator hoses and the both heater hoses to see if there hot when warmed up.

In other words yes. The water pump circulates the coolant threw out the engine and heater core. So checking the top radiator hose and the heater hoses to see if there hot, then it is circulating. But you could have a plugged radiator, or heater core.
