Where do you put transmission fluid

Do you have an automatic or manual? If automatic, does you car have a transmission dipstick tube to monitor the level? When you drain from underneath, you add to the dipstick tube with a funnel. Don't over fill and check the level when the car is warm, in park, and on a level surface.
