My 99 Miata won't start when the engine is hot

There's a TSB that may be the problem. It seems that it's due to loose particles in the gas tank find their way into the fuel pump regulator and not allowing the proper pressure required for start up. http://api.viglink.com/api/click?format=go&jsonp=vglnk_144172433541713&key=e7a6f005fab2cf9f1521e459be93b2fd&libId=iebhbpcj010004jo000DAq3dkco11&loc=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.miata.net%2Fvb%2Fshowthread.php%3Ft%3D334037&v=1&out=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.miata.net%2Fgarage%2Ftsb%2Fsb003_99.html&ref=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Furl%3Fsa%3Dt%26rct%3Dj%26q%3D%26esrc%3Ds%26source%3Dweb%26cd%3D1%26ved%3D0CB4QFjAAahUKEwjswO3z2OfHAhXJ2D4KHRQsDvI%26url%3Dhttp%253A%252F%252Fforum.miata.net%252Fvb%252Fshowthread.php%253Ft%253D334037%26usg%3DAFQjCNEV1GiKCObRc0TQYuv56tyFCWSDhw%26bvm%3Dbv.102022582%2Cd.cWw&title=My%20Miata%20won't%20start%20-%20MX-5%20Miata%20Forum&txt=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.miata.net%2Fgarage%2Ftsb%2Fsb003_99.html
