How do you install a Catalyst Converter on a 2001 Mazda Miata?

I'm not familiar with the 2001 specifically, but generally a factory catalytic converter is installed using flanges and bolts utilizing a gasket (metal gasket) sandwiched in between. Some have a single flanged end, usually on the engine side, then a pipe out the back that connects to the rest of the exhaust system via slip joints and clamps.
