AC oil to Freon ratio 1993 Mazda MX6 v6 2.5L

Is there a way to measure these fluid levels already in the system so ratio will be good and not have too much/little oil for example.  Can anyone help me learn what the AC system ratio of oil to refrigerant/Freon 134A is when recharging system or even if it is specific by car etc.  If this question already answered somewhere on this site please direct me.. thank you for your help.
