Electrical problem

When I turn on my headlights it will turn off
the cruise control.  Also when I turn on the
headlights my brake lights will stay on.

The cruise won't work with the brake light on. I would start by checking the bulbs in the rear lights the correct number for these bulbs are in the owners manual and most parts stores can look them up, the next thing to look for is a bad socket, inspect the socket with the bulb out you'll know if it's bad. After that is wiring, someplace the parking light wire is crossed with the brake lite wire.
