Most cars have a default for lost remotes or for locking keys in cars and that is using a spare key in the drivers side door lock and turning the key twice to the right rapidly. It should shut off the alarm and give you access. However you may not be able to use that key to start the car, as some cars require the chip in close proxcimity to the switch.
