Up until recently, my Mom was driving a '95 Lumina and I can honestly say, it was pretty reliable and served her quite well! I've driven it and it handles and performs fairly well....has driver/passenger air bags in the '95 and up models, shifter is old school though (stalk on the steering column), roomy and comfortable seats with good trunk space. Easy to work on too.

I have a '90 Euro Coupe 3.1/V6. I like and enjoy it. It's my 2nd '90 Coupe. I believe it to be All as Racer_X says. Others have driven the car and found it to be a pleasure to drive. I believe it to be a nice comfortable well performing automobile for the buck. But my '90 has No Airbags.
