My 98 malibu wont start

I bought this car cheap n it didnt
star t previous owner said it was
the ignition sensor ive been told it
could b fuel. Pump or pump reset
or even the passlock HELP#! How
do i reset pass lock code than x

This could be a bad igintion switch,malibu,s are bad for them going bad,if not you may want to check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump first,
