i have a nissan titan and want to turbo it i want to know how much boost it can take and what would be safe to run in it

I cannot say specifically to your engine but engines that are not built for boosting need to be limited to maybe 4 pounds. More would mean installing new forged, low compression pistons and an intercooler. A water/alcohol injection system can help your engine live, at least until it runs out of water!
