Yes, if the PCM (engine computer) loses the fuel enable signal from the BCM (Body Control Module) the engine will not start. The security light and the check engine light or service engine soon light will NOT come on. But there will be a trouble code stored in the PCM. So scan the PCM for trouble codes and see if that's what has happened. Hope that helps! Jim
