how to fix damp weather hard to start problem

Hard to start in humid,damp weather.Runs fine once warmed up after hard starting in damp weather

distibuter,distributer! look at coil wire connections,is shield still there for pulse gen,look at fingers for rotor,can be bent during many service ops,timing belt ect.,clips get in there and bend pulse fingers on rotor,look for corrosion anywhere,have had this on many 240s
