Won't start

I had the starter tested 3 times at two different places and passed all test and I also tried hitting it with my buddy starting it. I'm at a lost

The next thing to check is the teeth on the fly wheel if you can spin the motor over a little with a rachet,extension and socket on the crankshaft bolt then try starting vehicle. Maybe a bad spot on the flywheel.

I've done that also. But at least I going in the right direction.

And of course if you try to spin the motor and it does not move does not mean the motor is seized up could be the Torque Converter Clutch Solenoid could be bad. Some vehicles you can unplug the solenoid but some are inside of the transmission.

Did the starter have starter shims when you removed starter ?

I haven't tried this yet. But scares me. I have carpal tunnel and money is tight. Thank you for your help. I'll see what I can do.

Try jump starting vehicle it may be the battery.

The only thing I can say is it has to be the starter. I know you had it tested and all but that is the only thing I can come up with.
