cost for reprogram s60 2002

Asked by limon17 Apr 28, 2020 at 12:29 PM about the 2002 Volvo S60 2.4T Turbo

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

MY car has a code of ECM 1600(high voltage), 170F(high voltage) and
928C(lost signal). I want to know the price for reprogramming ECM, becuase
I have changed BPS sensor into new one and didnt solved anything.
Problem: When I try to accelerate in 800rpm, the car shakes and when I stop
the car, the car shuts down randomly. I have checked the cables of BPS
sensor connection into ECM but there was no problem.

Have you gone through all diagnostics for those codes? What happened before these codes began to appear? Reprogramming cost varies, but typically software updates with VIDA cost around $150-$200 at an independent shop.

It depends on whether you have the software update done at the dealer or an independent shop, it's usually around $150-$200 though. As for those codes, what happened before those began to appear? It sounds like you have something else going on. Have you gone through the diagnostic procedures for those codes?
