I have a 1998 volvo s70 will not start just clicks till I pull positive line then return it then it will start. do you have any idea

Might be a bad battery post. "Clicking" is a common symptom of a battery that lacks the amps to crank a starter. Have the charging system tested. Battery should be load tested. Also make sure the battery ground cable is well attached.

I agree, it sounds like the cable or post might be an issue. The positive wire to the fuse box is a known issue on these cars, but I would rule out the main battery cable(s) first.
