^Haven't heard of that one, let us know how it works! I've always heard that if the code is not written on the top or side of the radio (it should be there as a courtesy), you can also take it to the dealer, and they should be able to get it from your VIN.

Yes you can take it to the dealer, but if you needed something immediately while the dealer is closed, you can try that and please let us know how it works out for you.

Each code is VIN# specific. You can call a dealer with your vin number, and they will generally tell you what the code is. I have not been successful with any online helps for the Volvo stock radios.
