Why do I have No Fuel pressure?

Ok so if you turn the ignition off and on like 5
or 6 times quickly would that make the fuel
pump stop for any reason??

A fuel pump only stays running for a few seconds when you true key on, but to you question it shouldn't make it stop, but you might have blown a fuse
