How do you replace the horns in a 2004 Volvo XC70?

Hey Meterman266. assuming you already checked the horn fuse and relay , and you are ready to install a new one, you need to : Locate the horn under the hood (close to the front bumper), you need a 10mm ratchet and a pair of pliers. disconnect the positive and negative wires from the horn (don't let them touch, you'll burn a fuse), unscrew the old horn and screw in the new one, connect the wires and you done.
