Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a 1997 Z3 and the seats slide about an inch whenever you start or stop the vehicle? Do the slides need to be replaced and if so where could i get them?

Hi driveZ3! The problem is most likely in the slides but there are a couple of possibilities. Take a cup of coffee to your local Benz service manager early some morning and see if he'll spill his guts. he'll probably take a look and then help you order the correct parts if you need some. Good luck!
